PRESIDENTIAL AND U.S. HIGH COMMISSIONER FLAG

With the inauguration of the autonomous Commonwealth of the Philippines (1935 ), a flag was adopted for the President of the Philippines, as well as for the US High Commissioner (successor to the US Governors-General, and representative of American sovereignty in the islands).

THE LABI NG KATIPUNAN FLAG

The Labi ng Katipunan flag is not a KKK flag. The Labi ng Katipunan was an American-period patriotic association in which a number of Katipunan veterans were active. The flag is in the U.S.P.F. - Rizal Museum, Cebu City ; it was donated by Marcela Agoncillo.
